(EN) The book of Exodus has been drastically modified here through the intervention of acrylic paint with a color similar to that of the original book's paper, bringing the sensation of a complete erasure of the words printed there before. The context leads to the creation of a cyclical story that lies upon the themes of carnal pleasure, liberation, and love. The story is presented through an ethical analysis, meaning bypassing behavioral judgments and without keeping any connection to the "original" text. Everything that is told is narrated according to human interpretation: the words have been chosen according to the author/artist's desire to provoke questions about the very construction of the "original" biblical texts of the Old Testament.
(PT) O livro Êxodo foi aqui alterado drasticamente através da interferências de tinta acrílica de cor similar ao do papel original do livro, oferecendo a sensação de total apagamento das palavras jaz impressas ali. O Contexto leva a criação de uma história cíclica que se deita sobre os temas do prazer carnal, libertação e amor. A história é apresentada segundo uma análise ética, ou seja, sem buscar julgamentos comportamentais e, tampouco, qualquer ligação com o texto "original". Tudo o que é contado é narrado segundo a interpretação humana: as palavras foram elencadas de acordo com o desejo da autora/artista para provocar questionamentos à respeito da própria construção dos textos bíblicos "originais" do velho testamento bíblico.
